Cancellation Policy

I understand sometimes it is necessary to cancel or reschedule an appointment. please keep in mind as a service professional I am only compensated when working. Each appointment slot is valuable and reserved just for you, making it difficult to fill with limited notice.

I require a 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to give 48 hours notice will result in a 50% fee of services booked. Appointment canceled 8 hours or less will result 100% fee of services booked.

No call/no show will result in100% fee of services booked.

These policies are strictly enforced to protect myself and my business. I greatly appreciate every one of you, thank you for your understanding.
